SYN:
Opening Title: "Paris. Somewhere
in France." The landlord, Mr. Gigi, is tired of harboring three
bogus artists, Moe, Larry, and Curly, who owe him many months back
rent. When Gigi threatens to kill the boys, they jump out the window
onto a melon cart and flee seeking financial aid from the American
Counsel and find themselves enlisted in the Foreign Legion by mistake.
They are then stationed in Tsimmis, where their commanding officer,
General Gorgonzola, is captured by the Chieftain's men. The Stooges,
however, scheme an elaborate rescue mission and save their commanding
officer. They first sneak into the fortress dressed as Santa Clauses
and then believe it or not, finish their mission as harem girls.
