SYN:
Now that they've wed stunning
cowgirls Ella, Bella and Stella, the Stooges seem destined for a dreamy
life of love and kisses. But you don't marry the three lovliest gals
in the West without attracting the attention of the Noonan Brothers,
a gang of cutthroat bandits who don't take kindly to strangers moseying
in on their dames. As high noon rolls in the Stooges duck behind the
tombstones at the offices of undertakers Diggs, Graves, and Berry
and exchange a furious round of gunfire with the Noonans. Although
Larry is hit several times in the hindquarters, he manages to draw
fire while Shemp uses his suspenders to launch destructive boulders
at the enemy. Soon out of ammunition, the Stooges battle the Noonans
hand-to-hand in the dusty street, finally triumphing on the strength
of Larry's boot spurs and an undying determination to continue loving
Ella, Bella and Stella.

Did you know that this short film satirizes
High Noon, complete with an old cowpoke singing and strumming his
guitar off key?
