SYN: B.O. Pictures is in a real pickle. It's next film (a South Pacific musical) is being postponed until the natives on the island where this epic is being produced learn to dance. Studio President Mr. Baines, asks for the studio's finest dance instructor (Mr. Shemp Howard) and his two assistants, to solve the predicament by teaching the Raribongan natives how to dance. When the boys arrive on the island, however, they meet up with a nasty witchdoctor named Varanu, who wants to add their heads to his shrunken head collection. Varanu also wants the King's daughter Luana to be his bride. The Stooges come along and through some magical act of disarray manage to ruin both of Varanu's plans of contentment.

Quick Hits:

- Did you know that this short was the only short ever directed by long-time producer Hugh McCollum? He was filling in for director Edward Bernds, who was busy directing a B-feature for Columbia.

FN: Multi-armed idol gag was first used in Some More of Samoa (12/4/41).
