SYN:
The Stooges' apartment is not
the ideal home for their deceased sister, who has been reincarnated
as a horse. Nonetheless, Birdie makes the best of Moe, Larry and Joe's
housekeeping while raising her baby and searching for her long-lost
mate, the legendary circus horse, Schnapps. But there is horrible
news in the daily newspaper: Schnapps has been injured and may have
to be put down. The Stooges, knowing that Schnapps' demise would surely
destroy their sister, travel valiantly to the circus, determined to
rescue the famed horse. Although their journey is marred by poor cooperation,
the Stooges benefit from the nearsightedness of the old coot assigned
to shoot Schnapps; his bad aim allows Birdie to reach her ailing mate
and revive him with a big, old-fashioned kiss.
