SYN: Behind on their rent, the Stooges turn to babysitting for little tyke named "Junior" to earn some extra cash to pay off their debts. Junior's mother leaves the Stooges in charge, while she slips away for the evening. Early the next morning, however, she returns to find Shemp in Junior's crib, and Moe and Larry passed out on the floor and couch. Junior is nowhere to be found and the woman immediately suspects her ex-husband as the kidnapper. The boys, feeling a little responsible for Junior's strange disappearance, choose to take matters into their own hands. They quickly head over to Mr. Lloyd's apartment to find Junior and redeem themselves. Upon finding Mr. Lloyd and the baby, they meet up with some resistance and a fight ensues. It isn't long before mommy shows up and falls back in love with her ex hubby. The Stooges are thanked for playing sherlock, for rekindling the flame of love for the Lloyds, and for finding Junior. All turns out for the best, and everyone lives happily ever after. So happy, in fact, that Mrs. Lloyd begins to weep with joy. Never fear...Junior, knows exactly how to fix that problem! He quickly performs a little trick he learned from the Shempster.

Quick Hits:

- This isn't the only short in which the Stooges are watching a baby that somehow gets his hands on a gun. In Three Loan Wolves, Larry takes a baby in for pawn and the boys catch the baby sucking on a barrel of a pistol shortly thereafter.

FN: Shemp uses his standing on the head gag to stop Junior from crying. Later in the short, Junior gets the opportunity to return the favor for his mom.
