The SW Axis Partners are a group of individuals who frequent this establishement we call StoogeWorld. The Axis Partners are a select group of serious Stooge fanatics who were willing to spend some time reviewing the Stooge shorts for the Filmography here at SW. This fine group of individuals considers themselves the cream of the Stooge fan crop. We're committed to watching at least one episode per week. Yeah, I know, we're crazy! What can I say?

Axis Partners must meet some very strict criteria. First of all, you must be able to say that you've seen every short film at least 3 - 1/3 times each. Next, if you can recite the Alphabet song backwords in less than one minute or if you can give a detailed explanation of the true meaning of "Lacresha Borgea", then you're in.

Okay, honestly, you don't need to meet any of the above specifications. Just have a working VCR or DVD player and a willingness to have fun and you're in. Sound fun? Okay, email me now...'kpsp@stoogeworld.com' and we'll get you started.

Top 3 Stooge Short Films: Boobs in Arms, Dizzy Pilots, Grips, Grunts & Groans

Bio: I got interested in The Three Stooges when I noticed that a local TV station was showing their shorts. They would show an hour of the Stooges, with 2 uncut shorts, and the 3rd short being only the second half that was shown (since they didn't have enough time to fit in 3 full shorts in 1 hour). I wasn't famililar with the Stooges at the time, but after watching one episode, I got hooked immediately. I collect lots of Stooge stuff, including videotapes and books. My favorite Stooge is Curly, because he makes me laugh the most and I thought he had the most amazing comic abilities out of all the Stooges. I have all but 3 Stooge shorts on videotape, and I have all of their feature films.

Top 3 Stooge Short Films: Calling all Curs, Disorder in the Court, Sing a Song of Six Pants

Bio: I started watching the Three Stooges on local TV in Philadelphia, PA in the late 50s and early 60s. I saw the feature films that the boys did at that time during their first release go around. I've been enjoying the Stooges ever since so that makes me a fan for over 40 years. I have a life partner of 19 years who is not a Stooge fan, but who can't help but smile hearing the laughter coming from the TV room each time I watch a Stooges short. I don't collect Stooge memorabilia, but I enjoy collecting electric toy trains that were manufactured in the 1930s at the same time the Stooges were beginning their careers as an act of their own. We have a couple of great pets, a cat and a dog. Maybe that's why "Calling All Curs," along with "Disorder In The Court," and "Sing A Song Of Six Pants" are among my current favorite Stooge shorts. I enjoy the fine actors and actresses that the Stooges worked with, and my particular favorite Stooge supporting actor is Vernon Dent. I'm beginning a collection of Stooges shorts on DVD.
