SYN:
The Stooges are pest exterminators
for the Lightning Pest Control company. When the company is struggling
for business, their boss, Herman Mouser, orders them to start stirring
up some business if they plan on keeping their jobs. The Stooges select
a swank mansion as their first target in which to drum up some new
business. As part of their plan - the trio bugs their house (literally),
with ants, mice and termites. Needless to say, our heros are viewed
as messengers from god when they show up at the front door as exterminators
who happen to be scouting the neighborhood. Mrs. Burlap, the owner
of the swanky establishment puts them to work disguised as guests
as not to disturb the party. But, as expected, the Stooges are no
help at all, and not much for working undercover. They quickly blow
their cover and do a good job of working over the house in the process
of trying to rid the joint of all the critters. Later, however, Moe,
Larry and Curly make up for their blunders when they enter Burlap's
fox hunt. Curly, suffering from a terrible head cold and unable to
smell, temporarily becomes a hero when he sees what he thinks is a
fox, but is actually a skunk!
