Hey Puddinhead....Did You Know???

Shemp Howard was a close friend and neighbor of Billy Gilbert, the character comedian who appeared as the crazy patient in the Stooges' Men in Black. Shemp and Gilbert even went into the chicken business together, raising their own poultry and splitting the costs between them. But when one of the birds was found dead, Gilbert sadly reported to Shemp that "one of your chickens died." Shemp decided to get out of the chicken business shortly thereafter.
