The Horseman Ventriloquist's Doll featuring the likeness of Moe Howard was a big hit with the kids in the early 80's. This doll was made back around the same time as the old "Willie Talk" doll that was also a huge success. These dolls are a bit strange to look at, but make great collector's items. This was one of the many great items introduced in the Norman Maurer Productions days of Stooges Merchandising. A doll in mint condition with the original box and instruction sheet has gone for around $200 + on the auctions. Typically, you don't find the box, and the doll is rarely in mint. I've seen many dolls like this one, in great shape, just missing the box sell for around $60 to $100 bucks.
